AIR21 Shipment Tracking

Quick Help

SIGN-UP
  • Click on "Sign-up now".
  • Type in your company account number in the space provided. This is a nine to ten digit number given to you by Airfreight 2100.
  • After typing the account number, click on "Go" and fill in the form.
  • Provide your company name, your business address and your telephone. Also fill up the login details. Provide a log-in name (which will serve as your user name), the first and last name of the person to use this account, a contact person (usually the main contact person of AIR21 in your company), and a valid email address.
  • Click on "Sign-up" to send the form.
LOG-IN
Enter your log-in name & password, and click on "Log-in".
TRACK
You can track your shipments using the tracking number in your waybills, or through a specific set of pre-assigned customer reference numbers.
  • Enter one tracking number per line.
  • Click the "Track Now" button to show the details of the tracking information. It will show your tracking number, client reference number, number of packages and the latest shipment status.
SHIPMENT STATUS
View the details of your shipment
  • The tracking buttons will appear with the latest status of the shipment once you click on "Track Now".
BASIC TRACKING SUMMARY
This shows the latest fifty shipments of your account. The detailed information may be found when you click on the specific tracking numbers.
DOWNLOAD TRACKING RESULTS
You can download the results in a PDF format and email the report to no more than three recipients.
  • Tick on the box beside each tracking number or waybill to select an individual or group of shipments to save to a file. You may also "select all" to choose all visible waybills.
  • Click "Create File to Download" button once you have made your selection.
  • The message "Click to download PDF file" will appear.
  • You will need to choose a folder to save the file to.
EMAIL TRACKING RESULTS
You can email the results to three recipients.
  • Tick on the box beside each tracking number or waybill to select an individual or group of shipments to save to a file. You may also "Select All" to choose all visible waybills.
  • Click "create file to download" button once you have made your selection
  • The message "Click to download PDF file" will appear.
  • Type the sender and recipient’s email addresses.
  • Tick on the box that says "attach downloaded files, if any"
  • Click on "Send Email".
TRACK MORE
This allows you to track shipments using your own client reference number and/or shipment date. The client reference number is a previously agreed-upon set of references that you specified for your particular account.
  • Click on "Advance" in the header.
  • Tick the box that says "Track with client reference number" or "Track with shipment date".
  • Type the client reference number or the shipment date in the space provided.
  • Tick on "Search/Track" button.
  • The results should include the tracking number, consignee name, client reference number, number of packages, and status of shipment.
UPDATE INFORMATION
Change the name and email address associated with your account.
  • Enter your log-in name & password, then click on "Update Info" button.
  • When the company information and log-in details appear, you can change your name and email address.
LOST YOUR PASSWORD?
In case you lost or forgot your password, you can reset your password here.
  • Click the underlined "Lost your password?".
  • Enter your log-in name and email address, and click on "Submit".
  • Your log-in name and a new password will be emailed to you.
CHANGE PASSWORD
Click on "Change the password" and fill up the form to create a new password.
